Understanding Sankra's Wagering Requirements
A 1x deposit rollover applies before any withdrawal, and bonus funds carry their own rules on top of that. Store bonuses add a 40x wagering requirement within 10 days, with bets capped at £5 while a bonus is active.

At Casino Sankra every deposit must be wagered at least 1x before it can be withdrawn, and any deposit bonus we add runs under its own, separate conditions. Here is what actually applies once you deposit and start playing:
- Deposits must be wagered 1x before a withdrawal request is accepted.
- Our system wagers the real money balance first, then moves on to the bonus balance.
- While a casino bonus is active, the maximum bet allowed is £5 per spin or hand, unless specific terms say otherwise.
- Bonus winnings can be capped at a maximum conversion of x1, x5 or x10, or a fixed amount, depending on the promotion.
- Store casino bonuses, redeemed with Coins, carry a 40x wagering requirement to be cleared within 10 days.
- Bonus spins activated from the Profile section must be used within 7 days, and any winnings they generate again carry 40x wagering within 10 days.
What counts toward your wagering target
Not every bet contributes equally once a bonus is in play, which is why it helps to know the rate before chasing a target. Slot wagering counts at 100%, so a £5 bet on a slot moves £5 off the requirement, while other game types are weighted much lower or excluded entirely.
Contribution rates and excluded games
Live casino games count at 10% towards wagering, except card games, which contribute 0%, the same as scratch cards, Keno, table games and poker or video poker. Plinko also contributes at 10%. Jackpot slots, Slingo, Bingo and instant/crash games are not playable with bonus funds at all, so bets placed on them with a bonus balance simply will not register. Around 100 specific titles are also excluded from bonus play entirely under our terms, alongside several hundred progressive jackpot titles. If you withdraw before the wagering on a bonus is complete, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it may be voided, so it pays to check progress before cashing out.
Wagering contribution by game type
The table below sets the real weighting each category carries towards a wagering requirement, so a £100 bet does not always reduce the target by £100.
| Category | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Slots | 100% |
| Live casino (except card games) | 10% |
| Plinko | 10% |
| Scratch cards and Keno | 0% |
| Table and card games | 0% |
| Poker and video poker | 0% |
In practice this means slots clear a wagering requirement fastest, while table games, card games, scratch cards and Keno do not move the needle at all.
Deposit rollover and what happens if it is not met
Every deposit on our site must be wagered 1x before it can leave the account as a withdrawal. A £50 deposit, for example, needs £50 in qualifying bets placed and settled before that £50 becomes withdrawable, regardless of whether a bonus was also claimed alongside it.
If this 1x rollover is not met and a withdrawal is requested anyway, winnings may be cancelled and a fee is kept: 10% of the last deposit, with a minimum of £0.50, rising to 15% if the deposit was made by bank card or bank transfer. Only bets that settle as a win or a loss count towards this rollover, so bets that are cancelled, voided or still pending do not help clear it.
The same logic extends to sports betting, where a deposit must also be wagered at least 1x before withdrawal, and bets placed at odds below 1.51 do not count towards that figure. For full terms on deposits, limits and how withdrawals are processed once wagering is cleared, our banking page and the bonus terms page cover the rest of the process, while VIP status can affect related withdrawal limits.
